The Glen Arbor Township Board outlined a proposed $684,000 budget for the 2027 fiscal year during the public hearing Tuesday night, pointing to rising costs, stable revenues, and several one time expenses tied to infrastructure and shared services.
The budget projects total revenues of around $700,000, while emphasizing a cautious approach.
“We can always get more revenue, but if we’re planning to spend money based on revenue, we shouldn’t overestimate too much,” township clerk Pam Laureto said regarding state shared revenue, which is expected to decline this year.
