The Watershed Center Grand Traverse Bay and Beth Price Photography invite the public to celebrate the launch of a special curated photography collection inspired by the waters that shape northern Michigan. The release event will take place Tuesday, April 14, 2026, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at MiddleCoast Brewing Company in Traverse City. The event is free and open to the public.
The launch marks the debut of the first installment of Beth Price’s curated collection, created in collaboration with The Watershed Center. Price lives in Suttons Bay.
Her collection highlights the freshwater landscapes that define the region and reflects a shared commitment to protecting and preserving these vital resources. Images from this first photo release will be on display at MiddleCoast Brewing Company, with select formats available for sale at MiddleCoast and additional formats available through Beth Price’s online store. A portion of all proceeds will support The Watershed Center’s mission-driven work to protect Grand Traverse Bay and its watershed.
Beth Price is a northern Michigan photographer known for capturing authentic, meaningful images that reflect a deep sense of place. Her collaboration with The Watershed Center connects artistic expression with environmental stewardship.
“Working with The Watershed Center deepens my connection and understanding of where I live and the water that shapes it,” Price said. “Through our collaboration, my camera becomes a way to help people see the freshwater we depend on not just as scenery, but as something living, shared, and worth protecting.”
MiddleCoast Brewing Company, which is hosting the event, shares this commitment to protecting local water resources.
“As the main ingredient in all our products, preserving the waters is essential to our craft, but it is also essential to our identity as a proud northern Michigan small business,” said Joel Mulder, co-owner of MiddleCoast Brewing Company. “Working with The Watershed Center gives us an opportunity to help protect the identity of our northern Michigan lifestyle and our craft.”
This special launch event celebrates art, community, and a shared responsibility to protect the waters that sustain northern Michigan, with a special announcement planned that will amplify the impact of each purchase from the collection.
MiddleCoast Brewing Company is located at 329 E. State St., in Traverse City.
