Wednesday, March 18

12:37 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller would like to speak with officer on duty about a car blocking his private property. Also wants to speak with officer about some of “the activities” that have been going on at the residence next door.

2:50 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Both subjects have been drinking. Male half in custody.

8:20 a.m. — Leland Township — Mustang stuck in the middle of the intersection. Road Commission can’t get through. Owners are working with Bingham Towing to get it removed.

11:21 a.m. — Empire Township — One in protective custody.

1:32 p.m. — Cleveland Township — Blue SUV sitting in vehicle parked in the roadway.

2:57 p.m. — Leelanau Township — Tan Subaru stuck in the middle of the road. Subject helping has chains and is going to try and get her out, so vehicle is unstuck.

9:44 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township— Caller is reporting a subject making threats to his niece. Keeps calling and saying he is looking for her. (Law enforcement will make contact when she gets home. Nothing active right now as she isn’t home.)

Thursday, March 19

1:49 a.m. —Leelanau Township — Caller was out of town during the snowstorm. She is getting home tonight and cannot access her driveway. She is leaving her gray Nissan Kick alongside the road overnight. Caller was advised that the Road Commission may require her to move her car and to attempt getting her driveway cleaned ASAP tomorrow.

4:24 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller is reporting a horse on McKeese near the apple orchard. One white horse in the area. (Out with the horse on Solem Road. Will be clear. The equine has successfully been captured.)

8:34 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Individual dressed in all black walking northbound in the southbound lane. Subject has been drinking but is now home at his residence.

9:02 a.m. — Elmwood Township— Three construct vehicles parked on the side of the road on M-22 making the road narrow. Caller believes i tis unsafe and would like them to move their vehicles . (Law enforcement drove through. Three regular-size vehicles. None blocking.)

9:38 a.m. — Kasson Township— Someone has been calling which seemed to be prank calls at first and then the calls started to get more disturbing and threatening.

10:08 a.m. — Solon Township— Called in by Road Commission. Several cars parked on the side road and partially blocking the lane. (Vehicles have been moved, per law enforcement.

2:34 p.m. — Empire Township— Male in white Jeep appears to be slumped over the steering wheel.

5:44 p.m. — Leland Township— Elderly female walking across bridge in Lake Leelanau. Walking along white line of the road. Wearing black ear muffs.

7:59 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Church bells have been ringing for over 15 minutes. Made contact with the priest. He is trying to turn the bells off. (Bells no longer ringing.)

Friday, March 20

12:28 a.m. — Elmwood Township— White GMC. Sobriety exam given. One in custody for operating while intoxicated.

10:08 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Harassment/defamation

of caller.

12:21 p.m. — Leland Township — Driver came in stumbling. Made comments about still being hung over. Slurring his words.

1:23 p.m. — Bingham Township — Caller is northbound. Had to stop behind him and another vehicle passed two vehicles on the right.

3:01 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Family trouble.

4:49 p.m. — Solon Township— Caller was pulling out of drive and got rear ended. No rollover. Part blocking. Not fluids. No injuries. Both need a tow.

4:51 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township— Gold Jeep northbound. All over the road.

Saturday, March 21

2:06 p.m. — Experian informed caller that someone had opened a bank account in her name. Needs a police report.

3:09 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Caller is having work done on home. Camera captured image of someone who came up on crutches five or so minutes age. Hasn’t seen them since. Did not see them go inside the house due to the camera angle. Thinks workers left slider unlocked. (Person seen was a neighbor.)

Sunday, March 22

9:08 p.m. — Solon Township — Caller is in a different state and she is concerned about her daughter.

9:51 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Car that the caller did not recognize pulled into her driveway as she was starting to walk her dog. Then went across the street into building parking lot. Car then sped toward caller with lights off and is now sitting at the TART Trail.

Monday, March 23 8:31 a.m. — Leland Township — Two vehicles on the side of the road. Cyber truck stuck in the ditch.

8:24 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller is behind a vehicle that is crossing into opposite lane around the corners and hovering on center line. Red Subaru.

9:47 a.m. — Cleveland Township — Caller’s brother used his date of birth when pulled over.

11:48 a.m. — Kasson Township — Caller would like to someone regarding a tenant’s vehicle that has been abandoned at apartments.

12:01 p.m. — Cleveland Township — Personnel trespass from property.

1:46 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller’s family scammed.

3:39 p.m. — Empire Township — Caller gave her bank information to someone who was trying to scam money from her but the bank caught it before she lost any money.
