Glen Lake track and field is heating up as the Lakers competed at the first meet of the 2026 season at the Buckley Invitational Friday.
“Each year it’s different. Your seniors graduate and a different group comes up,” Glen Lake boys coach Jason Bradford said. “(Friday) was a good statement for the younger guys to be able to come out and perform. We have a good mix of every grade. We have good numbers.”
The Laker boys team finished second at the Buckley Invitational, all without seniors,, who were on a trip to New York City.
