A 31-year-old Suttons Bay man has been charged with operating while intoxicated after a motor vehicle accident last week.
Shortly before 3 p.m. Friday, deputies were dispatched to an accident on M-22 near Lakeview Road.
According to the county Sheriff’s Office, the Suttons Bay man was northbound on M-22 when he crossed the center line and struck a vehicle driven by a 73-year-old female from Traverse City.
