The Traverse City Coast Guard Auxiliary will host an 8-hour boaters safety class on Saturday, June 6.
This boater safety class is for recreational boaters age 12 and older. Topics covered include boating safety and safety equipment, emergency procedures, and boating regulations.
Theclassmeets from9a.m. – 5 p.m. at the American Military League at 2423 Sybrandt Rd.
Lunch on your own. Cost: $15 to cover cost of book and boater safety certificate. You must attend all 8 hours to receive your boater safety certificate.
