The Leland Township library has just released its schedule for Summinars, free, public, and “intellectually stimulating” educational programming to the Leelanau Peninsula.
The summer lecture series is hosted by the Leland Township Public Library and the sessions are generally 45–60 minute lectures followed by a Q&A session. Location/Timing: They are held in the Munnecke Room at the Leland Township Library during the summer months. The 2026 series runs in July, with lectures scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4 p.m.
The program is designed to be accessible to all, with most events being free to the public, though some partners may require registration.
