Green Suttons Bay would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the community members who participated in our First Annual Green Suttons Bay Beautification Day. Their hard work and dedication was overwhelming and it was inspiring to see our community come together to enhance the beauty of our village. Their digging, planting, raking, painting, wheel-barrow pushing, trash collecting, tree planting, weed pulling, swamp slogging, tree care and overall enthusiasm was amazing! A special thank you to Peninsula Perennials for the tree donation, 9 Bean Rows, Mary Hall and Chris Reeve from Suttons Bay Schools, Suttons Bay Rotary and The Bay Theatre.
A well-maintained village instills a sense of pride, and encourages eco-friendly habits and sustainable practices. Their hard work helped to make an impact on Suttons Bay and we hope it will inspire more community involvement in the future.
