9:44 a.m. — Leland Township — Caller is doing pest control and neighbor was harassing him. Yelling at him and that his truck was “breaking their road.” Also preventing him from leaving. Caller has since left and would like to speak with an officer via text and have the situation noted for the record because he has to return there multiple times.
10:09 a.m. — Solon Township — Caller reports neighbor’s dogs are on her property again. Ongoing issue.
10:46 a.m. — Leland Township — Caller reports neighbor to the south on the same side of the road is redirecting water into the roadway and onto caller’s property.
11:37 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller reporting male on the property. Threatening caller. Throwing tolls. Caller will be waiting in driveway by black truck.
3:21 p.m. — Centerville Township — Dog constantly comes off the property in an aggressive manner when she goes for her daily walks.
9:59 p.m. — Empire Township — Caller is concerned about a couple with a small dog that approached their home and next told them they “have a gas leak.”
Thursday, May 21
2:08 p.m. — Solon Township — Domestic assault.
2:28 p.m. — Leelanau Township — White van with Consumer’s Energy logo. Parties posing as Consumer’s representatives threatening to shut off power.
Caller verified directly with Consumer’s who advised there is a statewide investigation going on regarding this scam. The subjects leave a “ticket” but apparently only ask for money to keep power on if they speak to homeowners in person.
5:04 p.m. — Leelanau Township —Caller wanted information about subjects that left stuff behind in residence.
8:28 p.m. — Centerville Township— Single horse in the roadway.
8:35 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller lives across from the water and owns beach frontage. Noticed juvenile on trail cam hanging around recently. He picked up a chair from neighbors and took it back to the beach access. Caller also has a shed down by the beach and he had taken a couple items out of the shed.
Friday, May 22
8:19 a.m. — Cleveland Township — Park Service checking on a tent on the beach. Illegal camping.
11:55 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Cow charged caller’s husband.
1:29 p.m. — Leland Township — Caller received a suspicious letter in the mail. Would like law enforcement to look at it to see if it might be identity theft.
5:23 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Assault.
7:40 p.m. —Suttons Bay Township — Gray truck driving erratically. Second call from caller stating the truck stopped and did a U-turn and then tried to hit caller’s vehicle.
8:55 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller given a sobriety test. In custody for operating while intoxicated.
10:50 p.m. — Kasson Township — Caller reports a vehicle with heavily tinted windows sitting in the parking lot for about 30 to 45 minutes.
10:52 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Gray Jeep stopped. Sobriety tests given. One in custody
for operating while intoxicated.
11:18 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township— Unwanted person.
11:39 p.m. — Kasson Township — Gray Jeep. Sobriety tests given. One in custody for operating while intoxicated.
Saturday, May 23
2:08 p.m. — Empire Township — Daughter has been missing for about an hour. (Called back and advised he found his daughter. She was fine and out for a long walk.)
3:59 p.m. — Solon Township —Someone online is threatening to post private photos and videos of him.
9:09 p.m. — Leland Township — Caller has a larger black house cat hanging around her house, had a collar on it. The cat got in caller’s house yesterday. Would like a call from the animal control officer.
Sunday, May 24
12:55 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Disorderly person. One in custody.
9:46 a.m. — Leelanau Township — Caller’s neighbor puts a bunch of items on caller’s property by the road. Ongoing issue from her previous renters.
6:24 p.m. — Kasson Township — Vehicle pulled over. Sobriety tests administered. One in custody for operating while intoxicated.
7:51 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township— Three men came into the business looking for employee. Trespassing.
Monday, May 25
5:56 p.m. — Bingham Township — Operating while intoxicated.
8:16 p.m. — Bingham Township — Cyclist on north side of the road. Looked to be lying in the grass.
Tuesday, May 26
8:33 a.m. — Bingham Township — Dark colored SUV pulled off into the bus stop lane. Two persons outside the car yelling.
11:41 a.m. — Bingham Township— Man bit by dog.
4:46 p.m. — Empire Township — Caller had locks cut off a few units.
8:24 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Gray Suburban swerving.
10:47 p.m. — Solon Township — Neighbor has large dog that has been barking since 8:30 p.m. and it is still barking. This occurs every day. (Law enforcement spoke with caller. Dog barking has stopped.)
11:41 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller is told many are underage drinking.
