Woman’s Club readies chapel

Members of the Glen Lake Woman’s Club convened on the Chapel grounds at beautiful Old Settlers’ Park on Glen Lake, May 27, to prepare the grounds for summer events.

The Glen Lake Woman’s Club has been maintaining the Chapel by funding improvements and beautifying the area around the chapel for decades. Chair of the Chapel Garden committee, Carolyn Wollenhaupt, has volunteered on the Chapel Garden Committee for over 19 years.

“These hard-working gals cleared winter leaves, planted new plants and added mulch to get the Chapel grounds Picture-Perfect ready for special events,” she said.
