To the editor:
From where I sit, I see President Joe Biden as a man who wakes up every day trying to do the right thing for the American people, and for the world. Rather than viewing his age as an impediment, I see it as an asset. Age brings wisdom, compassion, experience and relationships here and abroad. He seems to have an abundance of all those things, and I am grateful for the job he has done in spite of enormous challenges. The good news: the stock market is at an all-time high, over 14 million jobs have been added, we have historically low unemployment and 3.7 million Americans have received student debt relief. Biden’s administration also moved forward to negotiate lower prescription drug costs for people with Medicare. Consumer confidence is up 29% in the last two months. I hope Biden gets some credit soon for all this good economic news, and all he is doing to help people like you and me.
