Two county students have been awarded scholarships from the By-The-Bay Garden Club of Suttons Bay.
Cody Couturier, a 2026 graduate of St. Mary’s High School, is the 11th recipient of the annual $1,000 Judith Hoeffler Memorial Scholarship.
He will attend Michigan Tech University in the fall to study civil engineering.
