Omena Presbyterian Church is pleased to announce the acquisition of the historic Barth House property, located adjacent to the church in the heart of Omena Village. The purchase represents a significant investment in the future of both the church and the community, while preserving one of the village’s most recognizable and cherished homes.

The acquisition was made possible through the extraordinary generosity of longtime Omena residents Mike and Kathy Bosco, who sold the property to the church at a substantially discounted price. Their gift reflects a deep commitment to the future of Omena and the continued vitality of the church’s ministry and community presence.

The church plans to utilize the Barth House in a variety of ways that will benefit both the congregation and the broader community. The property provides housing opportunities for visiting musicians and organists- in-residence, additional parking for church events, space for gatherings and special programs, and the preservation of a historic home that has long contributed to the character and charm of Omena Village.
