Glen Lake graduate Jacob Plamondon signed the dotted line for Ferris State University, reversing his prior commitment to Grand Valley State University in May.
“I chose Ferris because I really liked what Coach Miller had to offer and what he was trying to build with his program because he came from CMU. He was the head coach at Trine, and he won a few national championships. This would be his 1st year at Ferris. And he wanted me to be a part of it. I felt like it’d be a really good home … GVSU had a lot of great things to offer, but I feel like I’d be more successful at Ferris.”
Something Plamondon will need to work on is playing a different position because he won’t necessarily be the biggest one on the court like he was at the high school level.
