The Leelanau Township Community Foundation board of trustees has approved grants to four organizations.
Northport Sailing School is the recipient of a $1,250 grant from the Youth Endowment Fund to provide five youth scholarships fir full-time Leelanau Township residents to attend the summer 2026 program.
The Northport Performing Arts Center was awarded a $1,500 grant from the youth Endowment Fund to provide five youth scholarships for the 2026 summer Kids Musical Theatre Camp. This is also available to full-time Leelanau Township residents.
