The Enterprise’s recent editorial suggested that criticism of Administrator Dyer is simply the latest chapter in a long-running pattern of criticism directed at county administrators.
That misses the larger issue. This has never been about rallying people against an administrator. It has been about asking whether county government is functioning better today than it was a year ago.
