Gourmet luncheon curated by award-winning chef
Red Truck Orchards will host its third annual Cherry-Palooza this Saturday, offering two seatings — 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. — of a multi-course lunch built around the orchard’s own cherry vinegar, according to owner Phil Hallstedt.
The event, held at Hallstedt Homestead Cherries at 8227 N. Matheson Rd. in Northport, is a private luncheon curated by chef Jimmy Schmidt, a three-time James Beard Award-winning chef.
