Elmwood requires security deposit for hall use

It will cost a little more upfront for renters of the Elmwood Township hall.

The Elmwood Township Board Monday night approved a proposal to require a $100 deposit for renters, in addition to the $100 fee for use of the facility.

Township officials report an uptick in the number of hall rentals this year as compared to 2025. However, this increased usage is coming with some unfortunate issues.
