Wastewater problems will not disappear

Soon after the Empire Village Council voted on June 23rd. to …“not proceed with further actions “on a community wastewater system, the local gas station had to close its restrooms to the public and installed four portable toilets for public use.

Reportedly, this action was due to limited restroom capacity, which was challenged by increased summer business, and the stations de facto role as the Villages public restroom.
