A 36-page letter of complaint submitted to certain Glen Arbor Township Board Members and the Leelanau County Planning Commission (LCPC) on June 22 ahead of the LCPCs review hearing for a Township zoning change, alleges failures to disclose required conflicts of interest by three Glen Arbor Township Planning Commission (GAPC) members. *** An effort to tackle the lack of seasonal workforce housing has gotten a boost from a U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) grant. The Sleeping Bear Gateway Council (SBGC) has been awarded a $90,000 from the USDA to implement Phase 2 of its effort to address the lack of seasonal workforce housing in Leelanau and Benzie counties.
