A 49-year-old Traverse City man faces multiple charges after allegedly shooting last Wednesday, July 29 in Elmwood Township.
Jacob High was arrested after an incident Friday at an apartment complex in the 10000 block of East Traverse Hwy, after a tenant reported hearing gunshots coming from another apartment.
The incident took place in Leelanau County, within the City of Traverse City.
