Callie Barr declared victory in Michigan’s 1st Congressional District Democratic primary Tuesday night, defeating Kyle Blomquist and Wayne Stiles to earn a second shot at unseating Republican Jack Bergman in November.
“It feels great,” Barr said. “We have an amazing team, and we’ve done everything that we should do up to this point.”
Barr won 58.4% of the vote coming in at 62,091 ballots cast in her favor.
