Two subjects from Chicago were arrested in the early morning hours Saturday after a suspicious incident in Elmwood Township.
Troopers from the Michigan State Police (MSP) Traverse City Post responded to a gas station on West Bay Shore Drive for a report of a suspicious person.
During the preliminary investigation, troopers contacted a man and a woman inside a vehicle parked in the lot. While speaking with them, troopers observed drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle.
