Northport goes to the dogs (and Rock Stars)

The streets of Northport were alive with paws, music, and a whole lot of canine charisma at this year’s Northport Dog Parade, held under blue skies and with a record turnout of both two- and four-legged participants.

From the moment the parade began, the creativity and dedication on display left organizers and onlookers alike in awe.

Costumes ranged from classic rock icons to hilarious puns and inventive floats, with every dog and handler showcasing their own unique spin on the event’s musical theme. The judges—faced with the nearly impossible task of picking favorites—had their hands full as they watched wave after wave of tail-wagging performers strut their stuff.
