The Fabulous Horndogs performed a benefit concert last Wednesday, Aug. 12 at the county Poor Farm Barn. The Leelanau County Historic Preservation Society (LCHPS), Row-by-Row Garden and the Empire Area Community Center are hosting the events at the historic Leelanau County Poor Farm. Next up on Wednesday, Aug. 26 is Go North! LCHPS hosts community events centered around saving and celebrating local historic structures, particularly the historic Leelanau County Poor Farm Barn.
