What prompted the ‘plot’?

The Enterprise recently ran a front-page story headlined “Plot against Robbins leaked” about an email I wrote. Readers should know what prompted it.

Three days before I wrote that email, Interim County Administrator Lauren Cypher told the Board in her Aug. 1 Administrator Weekly Update that she believed scrutiny of her had crossed a professional line.
