Board urged to be better leaders

A call for peace was made this week by county board chairman Steve Yoder.

The first-term commissioner said he’s been very disturbed with accusations made within the county government center.

Rather than point fingers he called for the citizens of Leelanau County to “lay down their swords and focus on Leelanau first.”
