The Enterprise’s “2 surveys, same outcome” article left out some of the most important facts about the 2023 MLI review.

At the time, Democratic Commissioner Jamie Kramer said the report had “essentially been cherry-picked” and that commissioners needed the raw data to know “the entire story.” Commissioner Melinda Lautner also sought the underlying responses and documentation. Board Chair Ty Wessell requested that material, with employee identities protected. Consultant John Scholten declined to provide it.
