The internationally acclaimed vocal quartet, Windborne, will be in concert at the Northport Performing Arts Center (NPAC) on Saturday, October 24. They will also be conducting a workshop with the Village Voices while they are in town.

The Village Voices will then be on stage with them for a song or two during the concert. It is a truly exciting opportunity for our community. Their performance here is on a tour that includes Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Toronto and other major markets. In 2014, they were selected by the U. S. State Department as one of 10 groups to tour internationally as cultural ambassadors. This is a not-tobe- missed event. Tickets are available at the NPAC website.

To help raise money to pay for this concert, the Village Voices are holding a lasagna dinner this coming Monday at 6 p.m. at Trinity Church in Northport. Enjoy a delicious lasagna dinner with garlic bread, side salad, and cookies for $20; $10 for children under 10. Dinner will be followed by a fun sing-along. Space is limited, so please RSVP by October 10 to 231-499-1454 or familiestc@ gmail.com.
