State grants to help local businesses were awarded to two county organizations last month.
Awards went to Carlson’s Fishery in Leland and Lakeview Hill Organic Farm LLC in Elmwood Township.
Carlson ‘s was awarded $70,021 to invest in modernized equipment to expand fish processing and support product innovation.
