Award-winning Michigan author Bonnie Jo Campbell will make her fourth visit to Dog Ears Books in Northport on Friday, Oct. 30, beginning at 4 p.m.
Leelanau fans of Campbell’s book “The Waters” will be happy to see another novel set in an isolated rural Michigan farmhouse, this one titled “The Spirits.”
Author of three previous novels and three short story collections (identified as “rural noir”), Campbell now has a Christmas story that her publisher called “gritty, spooky and ultimately heartening.”
