Site work continues at the former site of the Bluebird Restaurant and Tavern in Leland. Owners Skip and Lynn Telgard’s proposed redevelopment plans include demolition of the restaurant which will be replaced with a new building; large patio with 100 outdoor spaces and indoor seating to accommodate 100 patrons.
