Transparency

To the editor:

While we were pleased the Enterprise called for releasing the raw data from the recent cultural survey, we were disappointed that our paper of record doesn’t seem interested in investigating why Commissioner Kama Ross exchanged 1,250 emails with county employees about the survey. What could such a volume of communication be for?
