Foundation scholarship applications close March 1

With nearly 100 scholarships available, the Grand Traverse Regional Community Foundation is accepting applications from graduating high school seniors, current college students, and vocational/trade school students across Antrim, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, and Leelanau Counties and the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa & Chippewa Indians through March 1.

Scholarships available for students in one or more communities in Leelanau County, include:

• Helen and Dale Cropsey Scholarship for graduating seniors or current college students who are attending college in Michigan and demonstrate financial need and attend church in the Suttons Bay or Bingham area.
