Andy was born September 29, 1949, in Battle Creek, the son of William and Alice Jean (Storer) Frank.

Andy graduated from Michigan State University, Class of 1972. A few years after graduation, he moved to Suttons Bay, Michigan, and established and ran his business, Bay Area Computers, for over 40 years.

Andy was a true “Harley-Davidson” enthusiast. He was a member of “HOG” for over 40 years. He was also a member of the Northwest Corvette Club.

Preceding him in death were: his parents; nephew, Daniel Jordan; and great niece, Amelia Kovatch.

He is survived by: his wife of 20 years, Leonora; son, James Campbell; sister, Peggy Jordan; niece, Shaun (Eric) Kovatch; and great niece, Daniela Kovatch.
