Scott D. Lambertson
Scott D. Lambertson

Scott was born on December 4, 1952, in Lansing, the son of David and Jean (Keeler) Lambertson. He grew up in Mason, MI, and graduated from Mason High School with the class of 1971. A wellrounded student, he was a member of the chemistry club, pep club, and thespians club, while also excelling in varsity football and basketball.
Scott built a dedicated career in the oil field industry in Kalkaska before transitioning to servicing medical and surgical instruments for Munson Hospital and other northern Michigan hospitals. His precision and skill in this role led to a fulfilling career from which he eventually retired.
A man of many passions, Scott had a deep appreciation for nature, history, and craftsmanship. He was an avid photographer and enjoyed woodworking, particularly building birdhouses. He found joy in motorcycle rides through the beautiful landscapes of Leelanau, as well as camping, hiking, sailing, and golfing. A devoted student of American and military history, Scott never missed an opportunity to thank veterans for their service, often engaging in meaningful conversations with them.
