Mrs. Kathryn Bartholomew Cooper, age 96, of Glen Arbor, formerly of Muskegon, passed away on Sunday, March 16, 2025. She was born in Muskegon on September 2, 1928 to Harry and Mary (Bartholomew) Graves. Kathryn married Verlyn F. Cooper on September 2, 1950 and they enjoyed 55 years of marriage. She attended Bethlehem Lutheran Church of Glen Arbor. Kathrynenjoyedtheoutdoors, sports, sewing, and working. She is survived by four children, Randall (Mary) Cooper, Doug (Karen) Cooper, Julie (Mark) Stenholm, and Bruce Cooper; four grandchildren, Abigail (Nicholas) Farwig, Nick (Danielle) Stenholm, Allison (Greg Hadraba) Cooper, and Andrew (Brandon) Cooper-Gallup; six great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Verlyn; parents; grandson, Teddy Cooper; and eight brothers and sisters. According to her wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held. Burial will be in Restlawn Cemetery.
