John proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He had been employed by the Control Commission with the State of Michigan until his retirement.

John is survived by his loving wife, Anna, a sister, Sheila Donofrio, two nieces and a nephew; Rosemary, Christina and David.

In accordance with John’s wishes cremation has taken place.
