He was born in Traverse City on December 6, 1971, to Janice Henion Culp and Eric Bruce Henion I.

As a youngster he had a thrill-seeking personality, resisting his Mother’s wishes by climbing the towering Beech tree in the front yard.

He had a mischievous grin that dared us not laugh at and with him.

He attended Suttons Bay schools, worked in Masonry and later was involved in the Fraternal Order of Eagles, where he served as a Conductor.

Died December 10, 2025 He was proud of his son Jadon and was very happy to be a Grandpa, especially before his sister was a Grandma.

He loved all things Red Wings & Pit Spitter’s, where he enjoyed time watching the fireworks with his daughter Abigail. He had a heart of gold and loved people.

His laugh will be missed. He is survived by his mother, two sisters, Melissa Farrar and Sommer Henion, son, Jadon Schaub, daughter, Abigail Henion, and a grandson, Havion Laster.

Celebration of Life will be held at the Eagles club in Traverse City, on February 7 at 2 p.m.
