Delora was born March 1, 1972 in Traverse City the daughter of Robert Miller and Nancy Jean Wilson.

Delora was funny and could throw together whatever food was available and make a family get together. She was the chief financial officer of the family and ran a tight household budget. Delora wasn’t afraid to voice her opinions and to do what was right. She would craft home remedies to help her sick family. It seemed no matter where she would go that dogs instantly loved her. Delora was a loving mother and grandmother whose grandchildren affectionately called her “Grandma Dee” Delora is survived by her children, Donovan Wilson, Carly (Skylar) Wilson, Alex (Sara) Wilson, Trevor Wilson, Robert Wilson; a sister, Veronica (David) Wonegeshik; her Died January 27, 2026 grandchildren, Daniela Wilson, Adriana Francisco, Ricardo Villanueva, Rogelio Villanueva, Michella Villanueva, Ismael Wilson, Kayden Reyna, Aylah Wilson, Jeremiah Wilson, Jordan Wilson and Madelynn Wilson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Nancy; and her siblings, Coral Wilson, Robert Wilson, Douglas Wilson and Joseph Wilson. The funeral service was held at 1 p.m. with the family greeting friends at 11 a.m. on Friday, February 6th at the Kewadin Community Church. Pastor Delfred “Bunny” Whitecrow officiated. Burial in the Kewadin Indian Mission Cemetery will be held in the spring.
