Judith Francis Dechow Biggs

Born on March 20, 1944, in Hazel Park, Michigan, Judith was the daughter of Clifford Carl Dechow and Bernice Marie Zook.
She was born during the height of World War II and was raised in Leelanau County, Michigan.
Judith studied art and maintained a lifelong interest in creative pursuits. She enjoyed traveling and spending time cooking, gardening, and golfing. She also loved fishing and cherished time spent in Great Harbour Cay in the Bahamas.
For many years, Judith resided in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan, before later enjoying her retirement in North Palm Beach, Florida. Throughout her life, she maintained close relationships with family and a wide circle of friends.
Judith was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Raymond J. Biggs, and her son, Michael Edward Dechow. She is survived by her three siblings, Jill (late LaVerne) Baxter, Jan (late Frank) Watson, and Joseph (Venetta) Dechow; her stepdaughters, Margaret (John) Shaffer and Sheila (Nathaniel) Crosby; many step-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grandnephews; and many dear friends.
A private family reception will take place at a later date.
