MORTGAGE SALE - Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by Shelly R. Fitzgerald, a single woman, original mortgagor(s), to National City Mortgage Services Co., Mortgagee, dated November 5, 2004, and recorded on November 17, 2004 in Liber 832 on Page 54, and assigned by said Mortgagee to National City Mortgage Co. as assignee as documented by an assignment, in Leelanau county records, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of Twenty-Six Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Five and 60/100 Dollars ($26,455.60), including interest at 5.625% per annum.
Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public vendue, at the place of holding the circuit court within Leelanau County, at 11:00 AM, on October 21, 2011.
Said premises are situated in Charter Township of Elmwood, Leelanau County, Michigan, and are described as: Unit(s) Apt 22, Building B, of Cottonwood Condominium, a condominium according to the Master Deed thereof recorded in Liber 168 Page 6 through 31 inclusive Leelanau County Records and designated as Leelanau County Condominium Subdivision Plan No. 3 and any amendments thereto together with an undivided interest in the commone elements of said condominium as set forth in Master Deed and any amendments thereto, last amended by amendment recorded in Liber 206, Page 275 through 276 inclusive and as described in Act 59 of the public Acts of Michigan of 1978 as amended.
The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA 600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale.
