RE: Merry S. Megill
TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS:
Your interest in the Merry S. Megill Trust may be barred or affected by the following:
The Grantor, Merry S. Megill, born on Feb. 2, 1955, whose last known address was 11591 E. McAllister Road, Suttons Bay, Michigan 49682, died on Sept. 2, 2022.
The decedent established the Merry S. Megill Trust on Aug. 30, 2016.  Creditors of the trust are notified that all claims against the trust estate will be forever barred unless presented to the Trustee, Mandy McIntyre, at 300 Cypress Trail Drive SE, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49546, within four (4) months of the date of publication of this notice.
Notice is further given that the trust estate will be thereafter assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
