Coffee talks have been a longstanding tradition in Leelanau County with several coffee club meetings every Thursday across the peninsula. A huge thank you to the doctors and nurses at NPalliative, Hospice of Michigan, Reverend Michael Class, Deacon Martin Korson, the Parish of St. Wenceslaus, the Altar Society of St. Wenceslaus for the delicious funeral luncheon and Martinson’s Funeral Home for their professionalism and kindness to our family during our time of loss. We would also like to thank all family, friends and neighbors who traveled near and far to be with us and all who volunteered at his visitation and/or funeral service. GTB announces 2% allocations

The Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians (GTB) announced on Friday that a total of $191,871.57 of its video gaming revenue, also known as 2% allocation funds, will go towards Leelanau County organizations and agencies.
