HAZELTON LEADS BULLDOGS
Ferris State redshirt senior Reece Hazelton, a 2016 Glen Lake graduate, has been making waves throughout the first half of the Bulldog’s season. Hazelton is averaging 10.1 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2.2 assists, while shooting nearly 70% in field goal percentage.

Glen Lake wrestling has started the season with momentum, showcasing its skills at the Grayling Don Ferguson Tournament, its second wrestling event of the season. Glen Lake junior Emily Alaimo remains undefeated, achieving a 5-0 record at the Parchment Girls Tournament.

LAKERS READY TO HIT THE SLOPES
The Glen Lake cooperative ski team is back for another year, ready to race down the hill and compete throughout 2024. Due to challenging weather conditions, the Lakers have been engaged in dryland training at the school, utilizing the strength and conditioning program to start the season.

The Sabres of T-C Christian (3-0) were too much for the Norsemen (2-0) Tuesday night as they dropped their first game of the season 74-46. Suttons Bay was led by Urijah TwoCrow with 15 points, followed by Finn Mankowski and Darius Lopez combining for 18 points.

Peterson ends career at GVSU
The exceptional collegiate football career of Glen Lake graduate Cade Peterson has come to an end. Peterson played his last game for Grand Valley State University (GVSU) in the Division 2 playoffs earlier this month in a 7-6 loss to Harding in the NCAA Division II Quarterfinal.
