Almost two years after graduating from St. Mary Lake Leelanau, Hannah Dashner is now starting her second year of college and first semester of the nursing program at Northwestern Michigan College (NMC). Dashner, a lover of all animals but especially horses, didn’t always think she would be assisting people though, as she originally had her dream job set on following a veterinary career.
