A building that has served as a community gathering space in Lake Leelanau for more than 40 years will continue as such with a new owner.
The Leland Township Board has signed a contract to purchase property at 489 W. Main St., which now serves as the office of Community Chiropractic Health Center, home of Dr. Russell LeBlanc.
