ANNETTE DONDZILA

ANNETTE D ONDZILA SUTTONS BAY – Annette (Toni) Dondzila, 110, of Suttons Bay, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 11.

She was born on July 2, 1912, in Grand Rapids, the daughter of Adam and Mary (Swiech) Brzozowski.

She moved to Poland with her family when she was nine and returned to Grand Rapids in 1934, where she met and married Walter J. Dondzila. She was preceded in death by Walter in 1982 and her four siblings, Stanley, Helen, Edward and Rose.

Toni is survived by her daughter, Pat (Craig) Holmes, grandsons Jon (Toni) Holmes, Sam (Mary) Holmes, great grandchildren Madison, Jacob, Sam, Christian and Emily Holmes and a sisterin- law, Josephine Brzozowski.

She was a homemaker who cherished time with her family.

The family expresses their deepest gratitude to Bob and Fran Jelinek and the staff of the Toy House where she has resided for the past eight years.

Services and burial in Holy Cross Cemetery in Grand Rapids will be announced at a later date.
