To the editor: For many years, the residents around the Glen Lakes have requested that speed limits be reduced for the safety of walkers, bikers, and drivers. With the passage of a new bill by Governor Whitmer, townships are now allowed to set those limits. 11/06/2024 09:18 PM

To the editor: On behalf of the Empire Area Community Center I would like to thank everyone who brought their “trunks” down to Front Street in Empire on Halloween! It was a great show of togetherness and good will with everyone having a wonderful time in support of our children in the Village and surrounding areas.
