Probate workshop set
Probate Court appoints conservators and guardians of the state when a person can no longer adequately manage their financial affairs. This appointment happens after Petition for Conservator or Petition of Guardian of Estate is filed in Probate Court and the Probate Judge conducts a hearing and determines whether an appointment is necessary.
